1. Remove Credentials - Remove credentials from professional accounts (Admin function).
2. Retract Steps - Retract completed steps from Admin Side. Retract pending steps from Professional side
3. Email on Phase Completion (Email to be sent to professional) - Ex: Email that says "Congrats, you are now a CADC I"
4. Email upon Payment (Email to be sent to Professional)
5. Fix Self Enrollment - When self enrolling ability for system to know you already have an account and to take you to the professional UI page. Currently, there is not "Already have an account" button when somebody goes to assign a new credential to their account. Instead, they are prompted to create a new account, and if they use the same email as their existing account, the system will match their emails and then say "Oh, you already have an account, please click here to log in." This is a problem for us, because people are creating multiple accounts.

7. Fix Supervisor Step - Remove "Send Forms for Verification" Button from Supervision Step. Currently, when a supervisor completes a supervision log for a professional, they are instructed to Save the form, and then, a 2nd button called "Send Forms for Verification" appears on the opposite side of the screen, and it frequently missed by supervisors. We receive several phone calls a day because they believe they have submitted the log, but they have only saved it
8. Certification Phase Modification - Ability to change which Certificate Phase generates Certification #, Certificate and Expiration Date,(admin configuration on Credential). This is a solution I proposed to Juaquin that would help clean up the Verification List for people who use the "Verifier Step." Since the Verifier step is automatically triggered as soon as somebody assigns a credential, it seems we could build a work around if we had the ability to choose which certification phase generated an Certification Number, Expiration Date and Certificate. For example, if Phase 1 was "Registration" and after a person completed Phase I, they were rolled into Phase 2 (and Phase 2 was the phase that generated the Cert #, Exp Date and Certificate), then we could simply we could make Phase 2 have the verifier step for testing results, and as we receive the testing results, we just enter them into the verifier step and then they will get a Cert #, Exp Date and Certificate.
9. Lock Certifications - Ability to lock or place certifications on hold. Currently, this feature can only be achieved if there is an internal verifier step in the phase. This can cause issues, because once a person reaches the "cut-off" date for a step submission, they can still submit the required items. For example, lets say I have a counselor who has been expired by 5 years, and their step is red, they can still go and submit the required items to renew their credential, which forces me to be extra cautious to try and catch everyone who is doing that. OR, the person is suspended for an ethics violation, they can still try to trick us and submit renewal materials. This could be easily remedied by having the ability to place credentials on hold
10. Re-configure Login - Configure login to be based off of "User Name" and the Email field will instead by used for "Account Recovery."
11. Generate Reports - Honestly, this is a long way out, because there are very few "Common Fields" across accounts. What I mean by that is, most of the fields in our accounts were created by us. So, each report will need to be customized based off the fields in our account, which means they will have to develop an interface that lets us generate reports based on the information we need.

13 . Fix ProfessionalsUser Interface - Let them upload and store files to their account that aren't associated with steps
14. Tiered Permissions/Roles - Build out Roles/Permissions for users. For example, I would have an Admin Role that can do anything, my Staff will have a staff account that has restrictions, and each persons login will name stamp and time stamp as changes were made.
15. Fix Verifier Step - Verifier Step automatically turns green and goes into queue under the verification list when a person starts a certification that has an internal verifier step. Make the verifier step based on conditional logic, where it will only turn green for approval once all other steps have been completed.
